Ultimate Coordination Package $10,000 minimum.
On weddings of $100,000 budget or more, the fee is 10% of total budget.
Every detail of the wedding is coordinated by the wedding coordinator. Due to the time intensity, Bella only accepts two ultimate coordination packages per year.
Based on the bride and groom’s vision, Bella will provide choices for all vendors, sites, attire, food and beverage and décor. The bride simply needs to make selections and Bella will make all the arrangements, including vendor negotiation and vendor payment schedule. Don’t lift a finger, just use your imagination and let Bella make your dream an unforgettable wedding. Coordination includes the following:
