- Coordination of all wedding party attire including bridesmaid dresses, groomsmen tuxes or suits. All special accents such as ties, jewelry, shoes, hair accessories and signature pieces.

- Assembly of welcome letters and gift bags, plus delivery to lodging properties
- Décor and design consultation including floral, lighting, and linens

- Ceremony guidance including readings and musical selections
- A stylist for all photo shoots before and during the wedding, including engagement photo session.
- A private dining experience with a sommelier and chef to select the perfect meal choices for the wedding week.
- A wedding associate will assist the bride during dress shopping and will handle the alteration and pressing arrangements.
- A wedding associate will assist the bride to find the best hair and makeup style and will then attend the trial run.
- All design work with graphic designer on save the dates, invitations, menus, programs, table numbers with stands, escort cards, calligraphy and mailing of invitations. Bella will also track all RSVP returns.
- Creation of wedding weekend schedule
