The Bella team is an organic mix of visionaries, artists and slightly obsessive compulsive organizers that all work together to create the most memorable day for each bride and groom. We love designing events that are a true reflection of our clients and fostering relationships that last a lifetime.

Custom Concept Development

Bella starts this process developing inspiration boards hand in hand with each bride and groom. This allows us to educate and inspire you with all of the design elements incorporated in your event including floral, decor, linens, furniture, tenting, staging, and lighting.
Our interior designer will then work her magic to create custom floor plans, rendered sketches and concept boards so you know exactly what your special event will look like.
Once the design concept is developed, we will work with our team of vendors to gather pricing and will maintain communication throughout the planning and the event day.
Utilizing our custom invitation company, Richard's Notebook, we provide paper design for your save the dates, invitations, menus, programs, escort cards, table numbers, calligraphy and anything else that you can imagine. This brings your unique wedding concept full circle and creates a truly memorable event for everyone to experience.

Wedding Website Creation

Bella knows that the wedding planning process is a busy time for every bride and groom and they encourage all clients to utilize a custom wedding website.
We work with our clients to develop a website that is personal yet informative and easy to navigate.
This allows guests to get all of the information they need including wedding location, accommodations, event details, bridal registry and even the current weather, all on their own.
